It does the job that I need it to, but the UX still leaves much to be desired. I'm hopeful that they'll continue to improve their the UX so as to make doing crypto taxes feel like less of a chore.

milkthief · 1697· 1y ago26“Good for onchain”Koinly is solid for onchain tracking of transactions. When using v3 pools though, it really falls apart. You have to do a lot of manual fixing of transactions but overall you can get to where you want to go with Koinly. I use it every year and don't have many issues.

Literally takes forever to do taxes this way and ive wasted sooo much time on this already. That said I have been using Koinly for yours now since all the other alternatives are even worse. Okayish pricing and okayish features

Johannes (4, 4) · 2086· 1y ago18“Great Crypto Tax Tool”Koinly has been my go-to tool for crypto taxes since entering this space in 2021. The automatic process of importing transactions from a wallet does generally work well, but occasionally it needs quite some manual work in reviewing and making sure it is correct. Overall I am really happy with the product, which enables me to keep perfect track of most of my on-chain holdings, especially the cost basis and holding time. The team is constantly shipping features and chain integrations and is receptive to user feedback/wishes. Would definitely recommend.
