Fast forward to 2024, he became CEO of Telos and used the Foundation treasury funds to build a new chain - Gigachain, without any legal agreements in place, essentially mis using his position as CEO and using resources like Funds, IP and developer resources, that were meant to be dedicated to Telos growth.
