From 233 activities · Apr 2026Mad Lads is a 10,000-piece NFT collection on Solana created by the Backpack team, launched in April 2023 as the first xNFT collection with executable functionality within the Backpack wallet. The project is celebrated for its bold, anime-inspired art style and has become a cultural icon of Solana, known for pioneering bot-resistant minting, consistent airdrops to holders, and deep integration with Backpack's wallet and exchange. The community is widely regarded as one of the strongest and most engaged in Web3, characterized by genuine support, loyalty through market downturns, and a builder-focused ethos that extends beyond NFTs into real utility and partnerships across the ecosystem.

Madlads energy is unmatched. Backpack team is very competent & constantly delivering. That's why Madlads soon became the face of Solana.

Tanveer 🎒 · 1431· 1y ago17“Madlads is more than just an NFT”The art is loud, rebellious and totally unique. The tech with Backpack is next-level. But what really hooks you is the community — real ones only. Glad to be part of something this early and this real.

“From Watching the Sidelines to Believing the Madness”I have watched a lot of projects come and go on Solana, Mad Lads never felt like one of them. There is a difference between noise and presence, and this one has presence. I see a community that actually believes, not just waits for exit liquidity. The art pulls you in, the execution keeps you there, and the Backpack link makes it deeper than just JPEG talk. I might not have minted early, but I respect what they built. When people speak on Mad Lads, it is not cope, it is conviction.

TeeDosh 💎 · 1280· 8mo ago16“fuck mad lads”One of the biggest web3 community, and probably the best 1. Holding a mad allowed you a multiple connexion with other holders, a special status on backpack CEX.
