To be clear, I didnât buy in expecting instant returns or overnight hype. I was genuinely curious about what the project might become. But after some time, itâs hard not to feel a bit let down. The art is the first thing that comes to mind. I was hoping for something that felt unique or bold, but most of the pieces just blend together. Nothing really stands out visually, and the overall aesthetic doesnât feel very memorable. It feels like the kind of collection you scroll through once and forget. Whatâs more disappointing, though, is the lack of direction. There have been some broad statements about âchanging NFT cultureâ or shifting how entitlement works in the space, but there hasnât been much actual follow-through. No real roadmap, no clear communication, and not much for holders to engage with beyond the initial mint. The community itself seems pretty quiet. Activity is low, and even when there are updates, they donât spark much conversation or energy. Itâs not the kind of project that makes you feel like you're part of something growing or evolving. Iâm still holding, partly out of curiosity and partly because I always try to give new projects time. But I have to admit, Mammoth feels more like a missed opportunity than a meaningful experiment. I hope that changes, but right now itâs hard to feel excited about where itâs headed. Just wanted to put this out there for anyone feeling the same way or thinking about getting involved.

MrJudge ¡ 1177¡ 1y ago ¡ negative18âMammoth Overlord Betrayed My Trust in NFT Projects and Turned My Collection into a Forgettable Mess of Broken PromisesâI dove into Mammoth Overlord last year clutching one of their NFTs thinking it was the start of something fresh and bold in the space. Id heard whispers of innovative vibes blending aesthetics with real utility but what I got was a letdown that still stings. From the jump the project felt scattered no clear roadmap just vague hype that fizzled fast leaving holders like me hanging with assets that lost all spark. I waited months for updates on community events or token perks but radio silence ruled and when they finally piped up it was generic fluff that screamed lack of direction. My piece doesnt stand out at all visually bland and culturally empty nothing like the immersive world they sold us on. It hurts because I poured real money and time into this expecting a tight knit group but instead it bred frustration with devs who ghosted questions and let the discord rot. Now my wallet holds this dead weight a reminder of how quick trust evaporates in crypto when passion is just a facade. If youre eyeing NFTs steer clear this overlord rules with neglect not vision and Ive learned the hard way to chase substance over shine.
