Built noteworthy projects including Blur and Blast that initially showed promise and pushed the industry forward, but both suffered from poor execution and mismanagement post-launch. Blast in particular disappointed users with ghosting after the TGE, undelivered promises to builders, abandoned ecosystem projects, and prolonged communication silence before eventual shutdown. Created conflicts of interest by running both Blur and Blast simultaneously with separate investor bases while tokens remained publicly traded.

“Blur was good but Blast was aweful”I’ve followed Pacman long time ago. He’s sharp, hands on with the community, and he ships. Blur is the clear win. A pro first NFT marketplace that cut fees, added real trading tools, and grabbed a huge share of volume. He moved fast to fix issues and pushed governance forward with the $BLUR token. Blast is the tougher story. It launched with big TVL and a clear pitch around native yield, plus a mobile app that tried to make DeFi simple. Over time, TVL fell hard, incentives lagged, token dynamics stayed volatile, and the mobile first focus frustrated part of the audience. Blur also drew heat for trading behavior and the creator experience. Bottom line. Pacman is an ambitious builder who delivered one standout product and one uneven L2. Strong starts, real iteration, and very real slumps. For me that nets out to 3 out of 5 stars.

“Might not be a rugger, but not an executor”Blur was harmful to the industry and don't know all the details, but seemed to massively disappoint farmers. Blast was more of the same... so seems big promises with little delivered.

“Started great, future uncertain”Took the industry by strom by creating Blur and dethroning Opensea. Started built an L2 Blast on eth, things went well but airdrop was a dissapointed and Pacman nerfed so of the Blur farmers going back on his original word. Blast tanked but atleasst pacman is still building so Neuteral for now
