That shift feels like a betrayal to those who invested early. You changed the rules mid-road. Vesting, token cuts, and utility removal after people bought in. That leaves holders stuck with broken promises and fading hopes You shifted focus onto the $PIRATE token and “Arcade” plans. But taking away core game value in the name of pivoting feels like buyers were secondary to your strategy You once invited trust, now many feel misled. That gap between pitch and reality cuts deeper than the shut-down itself

“Short reign”Pirate Nation was goated, season 1 was a blast, brought web 3 gaming more recognition and made web 3 games more fun, the awesome thing is they also did same for season 2. It’s impressive cause in this space, most “season 2” of any project are flops. Yet, despite that, pirate nation cooked. Until… season 3. The drop was ridiculous and the claiming mechanism just didn’t sit right with people, after all the previous feat, they went ahead and leave a bad taste on everyone’s mouth at the end of season 3. Still rooting for them, and hopefully proof of play drops a banger launch. I still love Pirate Nation

“Great game in the midst of storm”I remember the first time getting introduced to this game by ico_beast was when the game first launched. Immediately I loaded some credits in and played. NGL i played that game for more than 4 hours everyday for a week. However, I saw how impossible it is for me to get in that leaderboard with the limited time i have juggling between web3 and irl work, so I havent touched that game for a few weeks straight. Looking at the recent announcement from the team and how the OG community reacted to it, it seems like they need to work harder to gain back their mindshare. Great tech, great game, but still got lots to learn in community building and retention

“Cool game, I'm waiting for the continuation”This game is one of the best I have seen in the last 5 years in the world of crypto games. Moreover, it could successfully compete with WEB2 games. It had everything: animated voyages through uncharted seas in search of treasures, and battles with monsters guarding these treasures. It is a pity that now the game exists in a greatly reduced version only on Abstract Chain, but I believe in the talent of the team that in the future they will be able to create something grandiose.
