“Reported detained in Istanbul in October 2026 over a Finnish tax fraud case, after winning dismissal of the SEC suit”On 14 October 2026, Jameson Lopp, Alistair Milne and Crypto Patel reported, citing Turkish media, that Richard Heart (Richard James Schueler) had been detained in Istanbul. They said this was under an Interpol Red Notice requested by Finland over alleged aggravated tax fraud. Accounts of what police seized differ between posts, and none includes a reply from Heart. In February 2026 Heart said the notices carried only a tax allegation, after an assault allegation was reportedly removed. Separately, the SEC's 2023 suit alleging unregistered offerings and misuse of funds was dismissed by Judge Carol Amon in February 2025 and not refiled. On the day of the reports, David Hoffman called him the greatest crypto scammer and Ivan on Tech called his community a cult, neither giving specifics. Supporters replied that the case is a tax dispute, not fraud against users. “Known for $pHEX, $eHEX, $TORN $PLSX”He's contributed to Opensource technology for the betterment of society, he's published the worlds largest airdrop on PLS[CHAIN 369] and He's a Charitable man know for Flexing in public and Code switching. Pulsechain is an Ethereum fork he developed after he donated to the Sens Research Foundation for Gain of Function Research on behalf of raising money from his community of Bitcoin users. He tumbled the fund of all donations through Tornado.cash and he also donated to the Defense fund of Tornado cash in the legal battle of Mr Storm. This guy is definitely based, and probably the most bad ass founder in the Crypto Market, his moves are questionable but most definitely Movie worthy and book worthy. He's known for his work with OKX LPs and starting PulseX within Pulsechain as well. Big up the cypher, Audit the Fed, End the Fed.
