“the awful support person @ Authena”Wow. I've rarely seen such awful support. Blaze is throwing tantrums and being passive aggressive when users mention issues that prevent them from properly using the platform & making the experience bad. Instead of being helpful or trying to solve the issue, "Blaze" is just condescending towards the user and throws a passive aggressive tantrum because you mentioned that your experience with the platform was bad. Which apparently somehow offended her personally? LOL Maybe a job in support isn't the right place for Blaze, when users having issues are making her take it personally and act like that.
