Smokey is the Chief Smokey Officer and co-founder of Berachain, known for consistent community engagement, transparent communication about ecosystem growth, and active presence during both the project's early success and subsequent challenges. Early testers received substantial rewards and airdrops, though the chain has struggled with token price and TVL decline post-launch. While widely praised for personality, accessibility, and fostering builder culture on Berachain, some view the project as an unsuccessful extraction despite the $100M raise at $1.5B valuation.

“Genuine & Consistent Presence”Been following Smokey for a while now, and one thing that stands out is consistency. Always active, always engaging and keeps things clear when it matters. The way updates and interactions are handled feels natural, not forced.prachi 🫎 · 1219· 6mo ago0

“berachain”well, there was such a project, yes, I remember it, but I avoided it, although some people made good money by keeping a collection of these bears in their wallets. In general, I don't like the project itself or anything related to it.AKU ./ · 1266· 7mo ago · neutral0

“Bera diehard fan”Smokey shows up in the crypto conversation differently than most. He talks openly about what’s going on in the Berachain ecosystem, highlights real builder stories, and shares his perspective on sustainable growth rather than just hype. You’ll see him point out that real businesses choose to build on Bera because they think about revenue, long-term value, and capital formation and not just quick token pumps. He also engages directly with people, answers questions honestly, and doesn’t shy away from tough topics like emissions structures, incentive alignment, and how apps can drive real value in the chain. His replies aren’t one-liners but real conversation threads that show he cares about clarity and nuance. Smokey isn’t just tweeting memes. He’s talking strategy, community dynamics, and development paths with people in the ecosystem. If you want someone who mixes personality with grounded ecosystem insight, Smokey The Bera is worth following.JustMe 🪑 · 1284· 8mo ago0
“The Papa Bear”He's the Chief Smokey Officer of Berachain Foundation. Never shows his face unless the mask gets ripped (probably gonna make a new one anyway). I like him because Bera gave me a big airdrop (wow). Still in Berachain even after losing -90% holding some assets lolLone Hero · 1163· 9mo ago0
“smoker bear”idk what he's cooking besides some colombian cocaine but he's always around, putting out fires, preaching the good word of bera and trying to make things work on a chain level after a year of massive clusterfucks (it's positive to still survive that) have faith in him that vesting cliff unlocked will not deter his goals to take the first stovetops chain to $1B valuation and bring some smiles back on the beras facesghrrison · 1239· 9mo ago0
