Smokey is the Chief Smokey Officer and co-founder of Berachain, known for consistent community engagement, transparent communication about ecosystem growth, and active presence during both the project's early success and subsequent challenges. Early testers received substantial rewards and airdrops, though the chain has struggled with token price and TVL decline post-launch. While widely praised for personality, accessibility, and fostering builder culture on Berachain, some view the project as an unsuccessful extraction despite the $100M raise at $1.5B valuation.

“Best Trader”I’ve been observing and occasionally interacting with Smokey for quite some time now, and it’s rare to come across a trader who combines sharp instinct, deep market insight, and emotional discipline the way they do. In a space often overwhelmed by noise, hype, and short-lived wins, Smokey stands out as someone who plays the long game. His calls aren’t just lucky guesses—they’re built on solid research, chart precision, and a real understanding of market sentiment. What sets him apart isn’t just accuracy, but the ability to explain why he’s making a move, often educating their followers in the process.

“Smokey The Bera”Smokey The Bera 🐻⛓ stands out as the heart and voice of the Berachain ecosystem, proudly serving as Chief Smokey Officer. More than just a mascot, Smokey plays a crucial role in building community spirit, showcasing innovative projects, and keeping the Bera energy high. As the face of @buildabera and a tireless supporter of the broader Bera eco, Smokey’s posts are both entertaining and informative. While likes and RTs don’t equal endorsement, they reflect a curated spotlight on what’s hot in Web3. With a fun tone and serious reach, Smokey bridges the gap between culture, utility, and blockchain enthusiasm. A must-follow for anyone in the space.

“One of the people who gives Bera its character”Smokey is one of the reasons Berachain never felt like just another chain to me. He is present in the community, gives space to people building in the ecosystem, and does not disappear when someone asks a fair question. Not every post has to be serious, and that is part of why the account works. He brings real personality to the project, which is rare in crypto.

“Works as a Berachain community leader for Berachain”Largely has helped foster the Berachain community. Smokey The Bera gets a lot of hate however because of the price action of $Bera with users looking to blame somebody for their wrong convictions in the chain/token.

“SmokeyTheBera Berachain Growth Driver”SmokeyTheBera hustles Berachain deals across wild industries like BTC delta-1, Chinese e-commerce, telecom, and ticketing, structuring them for Bera growth. Scouts TVL experts and concentrated LPs for launches offering 10-20% stable yields plus 5%+ BTC, questions value accrual on Cosmos/ATOM, and spots Hyperliquid plays for secondary fees. Motivational edge pushes weekend work ethic while hyping team vibes and infra bets on monolithic chains over dead alt L1s.
