Somnia is a high-performance Layer 1 EVM-compatible blockchain delivering 1M TPS, sub-second finality, and sub-cent fees, purpose-built for gaming, metaverses, and real-time applications. The project earned strong community trust through a fair airdrop distribution to testnet participants and consistent post-launch engagement, with many users praising the fast, low-cost experience and polished games like Sparkball and Chunk. While some note early technical issues, occasional app instability, and concerns about long-term utility amid competing L1s, the team's transparency, active development, and community-first approach have cultivated lasting loyalty—many participants remained engaged after token launch rather than departing, a rarity in the space.

“Management and Moves”Months ago, there were positive comments about Somnia because the team truly gave confidence and worked well. From those days until now, they had been making good progress. However, their recent moves have changed this situation. Before the claim phase, they distributed a large amount of tokens through Binance Alpha, disrupting the entire system. This upset both the whole system and Somnia supporters. The people who actually used the network and helped it reach this point were given only a 20% share, while the remaining 80% was locked with vesting for 60 days. This has shown that they are not user-friendly. I hope they can still find users on the network after 60 days, because many people are currently reacting negatively to this situation.

“LESS NOISE -REAL VALUE”Massive respect to @somnia_network 🌐✨. In a Web3 space that often feels overcrowded with projects chasing attention, Somnia is building something that actually matters—a network that combines vision, innovation, and execution in a way that sets it apart. What makes @somnia_network so impressive is the clarity of its mission: creating an ecosystem that is not only technologically advanced but also truly accessible. Instead of adding more noise, Somnia provides real solutions—focusing on scalability, performance, and user-first experiences that bring Web3 closer to mainstream adoption. Another strength is the consistency and transparency. @somnia_network doesn’t just make bold claims; it shows progress, keeps the community informed, and demonstrates long-term commitment. That kind of reliability is rare, and it’s exactly what builds trust in the blockchain world. Beyond the tech, there’s also the community-driven spirit that shines through. Somnia recognizes that the future of Web3 isn’t just about infrastructure—it’s about people, creators, and builders who are empowered to do more with it. At its core, @somnia_network represents the next step forward for blockchain: scalable, trustworthy, and built with purpose. If you’re serious about following projects that will define the future of decentralized ecosystems, then @somnia_network is one you can’t afford to overlook. 🚀

“Fast and Impressive”Somnia blockchain is seriously impressive. It’s an EVM-compatible Layer 1 that’s crazy fast, think 1M+ TPS with sub-second finality. Perfect for gaming, metaverse, or social apps that need real-time performance without lag. The MultiStream consensus and IceDB setup make it super scalable, and the low fees are a big win for devs and users

“Somnia shows promise, but needs users”I’ve been following Somnia, and the tech looks impressive fast, cheap, and built for gaming and metaverse apps. They also have strong backing and some early partnerships. Still, the big question is adoption: the ideas are great, but it will take real builders and users to prove its value.

“"Somnia: The High-Speed Blockchain Built for the Metaverse Revolution"”Somnia is positioning itself as a game-changer in the blockchain space, specifically targeting the high-demand sectors of gaming and the metaverse. Designed for speed, scalability, and real-time on-chain applications, it boasts EVM compatibility and ultra-low fees—making it an attractive infrastructure for developers and users alike. The network has already garnered attention for its impressive performance, with users praising its rapid transaction times and robust technical foundation. However, rapid growth has sparked questions about user authenticity, as some note the challenge of distinguishing real accounts from bots in its expanding ecosystem. Beyond raw scalability, Somnia aims to be more than just another "fast chain." It envisions a full-stack metaverse infrastructure, enabling immersive experiences and true digital ownership. Backed by strong teams and clear ambition, it has the potential to become a cornerstone of Web3 gaming—if it can maintain quality amid growth.

“You failed your community”You guys are a bunch of scammers, you allowed millions of people partake in your campaigns for more than 6 months and you selected less than 100k to reward, you guys are pure scrap, thanks for wasting my time.

“es, they loudly claim “400k TPS” and “sub-second finality,” but in reality, these are more marketing slogans than actual”

“Bad Airdrop”Dropping only 0.22% per Quills NFT was bad — without the Quills NFT, Somnia wouldn’t be in its current state.

“Somnia: Blockchain for the next generation of gaming, metaverse, and instant apps”Somnia is basically pushing blockchain velocity to a whole new level over 1 million TPS, transactions in under 1 second, and fees so tiny that you won't even notice. It's fully EVM compatible, so devs can migrate their Ethereum apps over hassle-free. They have a $270M fund + $10M dev program, and 14+ dApps coming down the pipeline in gaming, AI, DeFi, and metaverse. Honestly, it doesn't quite feel like a testnet anymore but rather the Web3 future: fast, cheap, and ready for real-time apps.
