GeorgeInSolana 🧬 · 1378· 9mo ago · negative6“Poor Feedback”Quite a number of CT members have complained how X support are quick to log out individuals, pining them down with alarming accusations without proper investigations. Another serious matter regarding this is X's failure to give tangible and refined answers when appeals are made, they often send repetitive bot messages, which is sad. I hope they rectify this soon, employ extra human bodies to give good feedback to people's complaints and cries for solutions, it is really tiring. I cannot wait to get back to my X account, I was logged out wrongly and I have been trying to get back with over 1000 appeals. See you soon, if this gets their attention somehow.
