“bad risk management during stream finance blow up”Telos did a lot of backroom deals to get TVL and got in bed with stream finance. When Stream blew up, Telos vaults on Euler Plasma were one of the main lenders and now users are likely facing large losses. Telos was doing exclusive Stream asset only vaults and using incentives to bring capital in.
