Received · 1Given · 0“Expert Research Analyst | Developer/Programmer | Community Management Professional”I met Tracy in NT when I was an L2 researcher in the Research Lab. At the time, she was a Research Lead with her own Research Team. As an L2, we performed peer reviews on research reports and gave the final pass/no pass for publication. Reviewing projects is tedious and can be very time consuming. And the quality of the audit is entirely dependent on the individual(s) doing the report. This made internal QC challenging because some people are more thorough than others and we had to establish a baseline for consistency. I thought Tracy was one of the best, if not, THE BEST researcher we had in NT. Her evaluations and criticisms were spot on, consistent, thorough, and she would catch things most people would overlook. I always admired her research work and appreciated how she was able to break down complex projects to make them easier for people to understand. Tracy has a background in Biomedical and Software engineering, so she is very comfortable reading and making sense of complex whitepapers and research articles. She is also a Full stack developer and Creative Technologist at Auki Labs. When creating NGMI Lab, I recruited Tracy to help us with our Research Division. During that time, I was able to get to know her a little bit better. I could depend on her to show up, follow through, and provide real value. I am very fortunate to have crossed paths with her and to call her a very good friend. <3
