Received · 1Given · 0“Grifter and a mass extractor (BEWARE)”@U_M_G_D (UrMomGoesDown – “gods cook ♱⌖”) I got introduced to my first NFT community through Solana Sprotos. A member reached out to my team asking us to help market the collection. Right away, multiple people warned me: "Be careful, he's a scammer and a farmer." Regardless the warnings due to doing it for the culture, and agreed to a private 1:1 NFT sale he offered. The deal was simple, he even agreed to terms and conditions, pay half upfront, pay the rest after I received the NFT. I sent the first half. He never delivered. Instead, he started calling me derogatory names and slurs, mocking me for supposedly not being able to afford the rest. I took the loss on what I'd already paid and left the community to avoid more harassment. After a few months later I ran to him in Fifty.eth space and U_M_G_D confronted me saying I owed him money. Quick profile look (as of March 19, 2026): Handle: @U_M_G_D Bio: “gods cook ♱⌖” ~10K followers, super active in @SolanaSprotos replies/hype (posts like "it ain’t over yet," "VIOLENT PUMP IMMINENT," "STILL WINNING," "LONG LIVE SPROTOS"). Mostly low-engagement motivational crypto stuff and clown-calling. Public side: He's tied tightly to Sprotos (echo-chamber hype for a small, low-floor collection). But he's shown up in community scammer lists—placed in F-tier (lowest rank) in recent updated ratings threads alongside other flagged accounts. Warnings about shady private deals, hype-then-hostility, and farming small groups pop up repeatedly in Solana NFT spaces. No huge on-chain proof or viral exposé, but the smoke is consistent. My take: This was a rough first experience in NFTs. Failing to honor a basic split-payment deal and jumping straight to personal insults/slurs shows zero integrity or respect. In crypto/NFTs where trust is everything, that's a massive red flag. The aggressive tone matches what others describe when things go south privately. Bottom line for anyone reading: Never do partial upfront payments in DMs. Use Magic Eden trades, escrow, or on-chain only. Listen to community warnings—they're usually there to protect people. Avoid direct deals or collabs with this account. High risk based on my loss + repeated call-outs. Sorry if this comes off harsh, but I lost respect for NFT ecosystem and got disrespected on day one. Sharing this so others don't go through the same. There are better projects and people out there.
