Received · 1Given · 10“Convenient until it isn't then you're on your own”MEXC fills a niche: no KYC, early altcoin listings, accessible in regions other exchanges avoid. That's the upside and it's real. The downside is that customer support is non-existent when something goes wrong, account freezes happen without clear reason, and there's no regulatory recourse. The exchange operates in a grey zone by design, which means when they decide your funds are more useful to them than to you, there's nothing to stop them. Useful as a last resort, dangerous as a primary exchange.

Getting the Bitcoin ETF approved after years of SEC rejections was a landmark moment for the whole industry, and Bitwise was one of the key players who saw it through. His public communication style transparent, research-driven, no hype stands out in a space full of noise. Rare to see someone operate at that level and still have a clear point of view rather than just following the money.

That filters out bots and whales who add nothing and rewards people who actually participate in the ecosystem. The team has been transparent about how the scoring works, listens to feedback when there are problems, and keeps improving the product. One of the few launchpads where the model actually aligns with what crypto should be.

on ZINC · 1331· 4mo ago · neutral0“The weak link in Polymarket's stack”Polymarket is a great product undermined by its dependency on UMA. A handful of wallets dominate governance voting, creating a system where dispute resolution isn't about truth — it's about who holds the most tokens. Multiple high-profile markets have been resolved incorrectly as a result. Until Polymarket moves away from UMA or UMA fixes its governance concentration, every large market carries manipulation risk.

The platform has real volume, real stakes, and real signal. One of the few crypto products that non-crypto people actually find useful and use.

Changed token distribution terms post-sale, credential data disappeared for beta testers with no resolution after months of support tickets. Heavy on marketing, light on delivering what was promised.

on Billions Network · 684· 5mo ago · negative0“Promising platform, airdrop execution left questions”The DeFi product itself is well designed good UI, Solana-native yield strategies, transparent mechanics. But the SLX airdrop distribution raised eyebrows: X engagement farmers received multiples of what actual on-chain users got. Worth watching, but how a team handles the first major token event tells you a lot about priorities.

But Megapot has been running for 2 years, paid out real jackpots, got audited twice, and raised from people who actually know what they're doing. Worth paying attention to.

Followed him through the BSC season and his read on narrative timing was sharp. Looking forward to seeing what he builds on Base.
