Received · 1Given · 0“Deducted 595.74 USDT and Banned Account”First of all, I want to caution you - stay away from this scam CEX. Zoomex can easily ban your account like they did with mine. Their support automatically closes all tickets with template responses, leaving you no way to appeal or resolve the issue. Here is my full story: 1. On September 23, I found an arbitrage opportunity where I could buy $UXLINK tokens on Arbitrum via Odos or OKX DEX and sell them on this exchange. At first, I made 3 loops and converted my 99.92 $USDC into 595.74 $USDT. However, when I tried to withdraw for the third time, my withdrawal remained in a pending state for 30 minutes with no option to cancel. 2. I decided to buy more $UXLINK on DEX with another 199.88 $USDC and try to arbitrage it to $ETH instead of $USDT. I deposited the funds to Zoomex, but then noticed that my previous withdrawal had been marked as "Rejected", all my $USDT had disappeared, and the newly deposited tokens could not be sold or withdrawn. After that, I started creating tickets and provided all the transaction details with screenshots showing how I obtained the $UXLINK tokens. They told me that "my account is currently under risk review" and advised me to follow announcements in the official UXLINK Telegram channel. I agreed, but asked why my $USDT disappeared from the account (instead of being frozen). I received no proper response. On September 30, I received a message saying: "We have completed our review of the proof of deposit you submitted. Unfortunately, the documents provided do not fulfill the required criteria". I asked them why and what other documents I needed to provide, but they did not respond and just automatically closed all my tickets. Today, October 4, when I tried to log in to Zoomex, I received a snackbar message: "User has been banned". In total, I lost my 299.8 $USDC, which I had converted to 595.74 $USDT and 6636.04 $UXLINK, all of which now seem to be stuck forever on Zoomex. I know a few other people from X and various chats who faced the same situation, but with much larger amounts - from $1,000 to $10,000. Stay safu and don't trust noname CEXs.
