Received · 5Given · 0“Power Corruption”When Sentient Discord first opened, I remember seeing you as a mod during the time I was inside. At that stage, I wasn’t very active; I chose to stay in the background because I was focusing on different projects. Later on, I decided to gradually become more active. When I started being active in the TR chat, the scenario I encountered was unfortunately quite clear. People had started to be treated differently, and this was something you could clearly feel. While someone who is given authority should remain impartial, I saw how power can push a person in a different direction. When power is not in the right hands, it can make someone think of themselves as a “king.” From that point on, the process turned into something more like a directed structure rather than healthy management. The reason I’m writing this is not a personal issue; it’s because I’ve seen the community and the environment being harmed. That’s why I see you negatively.

His leadership style is built on integrity, consistency, and respect for everyone in the room. ScAlp strengthens the community by setting a constructive tone and upholding standards that reflect the true spirit of Ethos.

He doesn’t chase attention or post for visibility he focuses on people. You can tell he spends real time guiding others, organizing things behind the scenes, and making sure everyone gets the recognition they deserve. His sense of fairness, especially during role distributions, has earned him a lot of respect. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated, consistent, and genuinely invested in the growth of others.
