“Co founder & CEO of BYBIT exchange, handled the recent 1.5 bil ETH theft situation quite well. Far better than coinbase”An exchange's primary role to be not shady, take care of customers when under stress, effective communication especially during crisis, which Ben did very well. I had to bring in coinbase for comparison because of their piss poor performance while masquerading as the face of crypto with their poor customer support and fully centralized ETH L2 base, which is not based (for now).
