CTO and co-founder of Ethos, Ben is a technically sharp, hands-on builder known for rapid problem-solving, receptiveness to feedback, and genuine care for the product's vision. He operates behind the scenes with consistent execution, balancing technical depth with approachability—fixing platform issues at midnight, shipping updates quickly, and providing generous support to users and team members alike. His blend of engineering excellence, humility, and dry humor makes him a rare presence in web3 who lets results speak louder than noise.

“Builder to watch”First interaction was at the birth of Ethos. Genuine interest in credibility in this space, great builder. Ben takes all feedback with an open mind and eloquently responds with concerns or possible benefits to implementation

“The wizard of codez”One of the most dedicated web3 engineer I've met and also the 1/2 of the brains behind Ethos. Not to mention I'm love with his Ted talks!

“he gives off the calm headed co-founder vibe”he isn't as active as serpin is in CT, but he's just as effective, pulling the strings behind the scene

“Ben Walther is a different ben”Ben’s one of the most professional people I’ve come across. Honestly, I used to get a little phobia around anyone named Ben—blame it on the whole Ben.eth rug mess, both on CT and even irl. But Ben Walther isn’t like that at all. He takes the time to verify everyone before sending out Ethos invites to Echo members, and the way he handles things is just solid. Really appreciate the invite. Cheers, Ben!

“Gud dev”One word simply. Goated. Serp, Ben and smirks, and node are truly what makes this project great. No off days literally, trying to make web3 space credible, trustworthy and interesting. One day at a time. Truly appreciate the back end work you've put into Ethos, Ben. Have had multiple interactions on Ethos discord and truly one to help another

“Smart Man Behind Ethos”Ben is the CTO Ethos Network. Ethos can't be live right now without his of effort to build such a great Idea behind Ethos. The idea will keep you guys safe from such a bad actor who gonna trick us to fall scam pnd any other negative behaviour. Now we can enjoy the app from Ethos to know credibility of the people in this space! Brialliant ?! Exactly! Thanks and big respect to you 🫡 And if you read this imma say Hi to you and Serpint right there haha 🤣 Keep building and Insha Allah always support you and Ethos team 💯

“Grateful to Ben.”He doesn't really have that much of a social presence. But I've been really impressed with the protocol so far. Since I started using it, I haven't had any security issues, which is a testament to the great work he's doing behind the scenes.

“Ethos OG”Met Ben irl along with Serp about a year ago - such a nice guy. Extremely sharp and efficient dev - having seen all Ethos iterations, how fast they adapt, how quick they are at addressing feedback/ fixing bugs - I can only conclude these guys are awesome builders that will do their best to maximize the impact of Ethos.

“Ethos Steve Wozniak”Ben is Ethos co-founder, I see him as incredibly smart dude focusing on the coding/engineering part of job while Serpent is being Steve Jobs/ the face of the franchise. Any great business project is basically being being this way so I hope Ethos is not the exception.
