From 71 activities · Mar 2026CTO and co-founder of Ethos, Ben is a technically sharp, hands-on builder known for rapid problem-solving, receptiveness to feedback, and genuine care for the product's vision. He operates behind the scenes with consistent execution, balancing technical depth with approachability—fixing platform issues at midnight, shipping updates quickly, and providing generous support to users and team members alike. “Not All Heroes Need a Spotlight”While Serp holds it down as the face of Ethos, Ben is the quiet force driving the engine behind the scenes. The technical progress Ethos keeps delivering? That’s Ben magic. No noise, just consistent shipping and real builder energy.Massive respect to the Ethos team — especially to Ben, who keeps making it all click. 💯👏

His technical ability is veryyy impressive. I love how he communicates clearly and how open he is to feedback. I recently had a video call with Ben, and it confirmed what I already thought: he’s smart, thoughtful, funny, and just a very nice guy. Ethos is lucky to have him as a co-founder!

Fast to fix problems, incredibly generous with his time when I was first getting to grips with the Ethos API and a genuinely nice human. Over the last 2 years, I've spoken with Ben a lot on all things Ethos/coding/AI etc and he couldn't have been more helpful.

It is very hard to test things, and you have one shot at getting things right, which is very stressful. The WHUF sale is the best executed sale I can remember. It was a good user experience with no important systems having issues.
