“NFT creator”Dmitri Cherniak is a digital artist and NFT creator who’s all about generative art. His work blends code and creativity with modern, abstract vibes, and he’s pretty well-known in the blockchain scene. In his posts, he mostly chats about his art projects, NFTs, and sometimes personal stuff like the importance of being a dad. I think his account’s pretty cool if you’re into digital art or NFTs—it’s a great mix of his ongoing work and his take on the tokenized art community.ŠahFilsof · 1275· 1y ago13
“Blocks anyone with a brain”Sadly, Dmitri is quick to block anyone on X who even begins to inquire into the history of his art. He blocked me and I had not even made a post about it, just liked or commented on other people's posts who were beginning to dig into the story. Turns out the birth of Ringers - for which he is famous - has a history in which he may not have properly credited another artist in its creation. His blocking of anyone who even comes close to questioning it is a red flag imo.Adam McBride · 1452· 1y ago · negative13

“NFT expert”I have looked into it and I am sure he is an NFT expert. He is a helpful personality in using Opensea and blur. We should follow the NFT projects he created. It uses Ethereum and the base network effectively.cocorec.eth · 1290· 1y ago5
“Blending algorithmic logic with visual poetry, redefining generative art with every line of code”Dmitri Cherniak is an artist and engineer whose work sits at the crossroads of code and creativity. Known for crafting deeply conceptual generative art, he treats automation not as a tool, but as a collaborator—inviting randomness, structure, and intention to coexist in elegant tension. His most iconic project, Ringers, launched via Art Blocks, explores permutations of string and peg configurations. Each piece is generated in real time via p5.js and etched permanently on-chain. One work from the series, “The Goose” (Ringers #879), became a cultural touchstone after selling for $6.2 million at Sotheby’s, cementing its status in art and crypto history.Heiseneberg4L · 1194· 1y ago4
