“Failverse”I don't think that Futureverse was an intentional rug, but they have made many bad decisions, and they set goals that were just impossible to achieve. So many people lost money here that there is no other option than Negative review. How did we get here with all their connections and collabs? Some of those were huge. I mean, they were building the Ready Player One metaverse with the RP1 creators! They acquired Candy Digital just a few weeks ago, before the bankruptcy. This partnership would definitely bring them nice revenue. Why would they acquire such a huge company and go bankrupt a few weeks later without giving it a shot? This is weird. There was much more, you all know it. I have to wonder how the hell they spent all that money. They supported many teams who fucked up with them. Took the grants, didn't build anything and left. But there had to be some inability to manage finances as well. The best times were when they were building IP and content around their collections. Issuing hundreds of thousands of useless NFTs was a big mistake. Going full corporate and techy while they totally abandoned web3 ways and ethos was one of the worst things I had issues with. Transparency and comms were a big issue. Another one was abandoning the IP, content, and culture, which was the reason they had a community in the first place. They let the IP die and acknowledged it too late. Why the hell were they nonstop hyping and promising stuff they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver? Hyping up just an ideas was an ultimate fumble. They got very much feedback from the community, but they didn't listen until it was too late. The cherry on the top was fucking up with the community regarding $ROOT airdrop/rewards. So many bad decisions and changes of directions cost them the community, which was leaving fast after so many disappointments. And without community and culture. You have nothing...RΞSISTANCΞ 🤙 · 1468· 7mo ago · negative19
