What I like most about Gnosis Pay is that you have your own smart contract that only you can access. Your money is not managed by a third party. β€œCrisis Response was A+”In Web3 security, we all know that vulnerabilities can and eventually will happen to almost everybody. That's when crisis response kicks in. Gnosis Pay experienced an incident in a Zodiac delay module on June 1st, which caused some of their crypto card users to lose their funds. I have a few friends who are using their service and some were affected by this. With this review, I wanted to highlight their crisis communication around the incident. They acknowledged the incident early (also through personal accounts like @koeppelmann) and told users from the first tweet that everyone affected would be reimbursed. I also heard (have not verified) that they did an exceptionally good job on Discord of getting updates out to users. They announced to share more details about the incident, and pointed out that affected users will receive new card Safes. From a security POV this was exceptionally well handled, as the Gnosis team made user safety the priority from step 1. Good job!WiiMee Β· 1620Β· 5mo ago7
