“They have no roadmap”They have been in space since 2023 and dont even know what they are doing. I was on hey social app for few months and I didnt knew what to do there. No clear directions provided. it was a good fade

“Feeling Betrayed and Misled...Rating: ★☆☆☆☆”I've been a Hey user for over two years, and I'm honestly disgusted by what's happened. The lead developer just walked away saying there's "no money" - yet they had no problem charging me and thousands of others $10/year for pro subscriptions. Do the math: $40,000 collected from loyal users, but somehow there's not enough to keep the main developer? Where did that money actually go? I paid for a premium service with the expectation of continued development and support. Instead, I got a half-abandoned project and a bunch of excuses. If you can't afford to maintain the product, maybe don't take people's money for "pro" features? The worst part is the lack of transparency. We deserved to know the project was in financial trouble BEFORE renewal time I feel like I threw my money into a black hole. Can't recommend this to anyone - there are plenty of other options where the developers are actually committed to their users. Save your money and go elsewhere.
