That's because they all use the same playbook: Botted followers, fake tweets with extraordinary (fake) claims, linking to their TG group under single every tweet. Then they use multiple side wallets to rinse the people that were stupid enough to join the TG and listen to their calls. Delete tweets, repeat, change username after a while, repeat again. Currently this account is in the follower accumulation phase -> it's spamming fake giveaways and buying fake followers. Very often cross-posting different scammers, as it was the case with promoting Riviera and Adrian's tweets. Telegram is in bio, but isn't being spammed under every single tweet (yet). Whenever you see accounts like that - don't give them any attention OR money.
