Criticized for authoring ENS DAO proposals that enabled the removal of approximately $500M in assets and the establishment of a Security Council perceived as controlled by a single individual, raising concerns about governance concentration and DAO resource management.

“Nick's patsy. the rot that destroyed the ENS DAO”Highly relevant review: https://app.ethos.network/activity/review/710295/the-rot-that-destroyed-ens Katherine was the one that put in all the proposals for Nick and endorsed Nick yoinking ~$500M from the DAO. https://discuss.ens.domains/t/temp-check-next-era-of-ens-dao-empowering-the-ens-foundation/22175 Also wrote the proposal for a new Security Council, one fully controlled by Nick: https://discuss.ens.domains/t/draft-social-proposal-for-a-new-security-council/22219 Before that Nick said: >Speaking personally: I will vote against any replacement Security Council that includes a member on record saying they would veto a proposal that does not violate the ENS Constitution. And I will vote against any replacement Council that does not commit to that standard publicly before the vote. Which basically translates to: "I will use my 50% of the voting supply to remove anyone that disagrees with me snatching $500M from the DAO." Katherine is basically just Nick's patsy. She is not to be trusted.
