This official page of this blockchain is reliable and it is strange that 100% of users do not trust it. You can be almost sure that everything you read on this page is written by the official team of this huge project unless there has been a hack or sabotage in this area.

But I don't think user ratings alone are a reliable measure of whether an account can be trusted or not. It's possible that even well-established users could end up spamming in some way. We need to find a way to help smaller but creative users have a chance to contribute and grow.
