The Solana foundation makes sense for speed and low fees, which are crucial when you're trying to create high-frequency prediction markets on anything from sports to crypto events to random internet drama. but, the space is getting crowded with Polymarket dominating mindshare (and Kaito as well) and newer players like Opinion launching on BNB Chain. so melee's differentiation is the viral bonding curve model + creator monetization, but it remains to be seen if that's enough to capture meaningful volume. Worth watching + participate in Wave 2 etc if they can execute on the vision, but too early to call it a winner.
