From 41 activities · Apr 2026CEO of Helius and a core Solana builder known for shipping foundational infrastructure—RPC, indexing, and developer tooling that simplifies on-chain development. Recognized for deep technical expertise in Solana's ecosystem, direct and often humorous takes on X, and consistent advocacy for the chain; also credited with mobilizing validators during critical governance moments. While primarily focused on building practical products rather than hype, some note inconsistent communication and find his Solana maximalism and privacy coin advocacy polarizing.

yuzurich · 1168· 1y ago12“awesome one”This person brings serious value to Web3 Twitter every single day. Their insights feel like signal in a space full of noise. Whether it’s threads, calls, or quick takes—they always deliver. Their presence uplifts the entire community. Big fan of the way they move in this space.

fairy.grey · 1251· 8mo ago9“Quiet Genius”Mert has long been one of those people who make a lasting impact without ever needing to shout about it. An early builder in the Solana ecosystem, he stepped in when things were messy and gave the community the tools and insights it really needed. His way of breaking down data and sharing perspective has always felt clear, sharp, and refreshingly real. What I admire most is the balance between expertise and humility. Mert doesn’t chase hype or spotlight — he just keeps building and contributing in ways that push the whole space forward. Having someone like him around makes the community stronger, smarter, and a lot more grounded.

Everything Blockchain · 1420· 1y ago9“Mert: Solana’s Loudest Builder and Most Relentless Operator”Mert blends deep technical chops with sharp commentary, making Solana infra both stronger and more fun to follow. While his takes can be polarizing, his contributions through Helius are undeniably foundational. He’s opinionated, but he ships and Solana’s better for it

His builds are clean, his insights cut through the noise and his presence commands respect. In a fast moving ecosystem like solana, he’s become a quiet force of stability, drawing in devs, founders and builders who recognize real work when they see it.

ramar · 1263· 1y ago9“the relationship between the success of bald men and the success of mert”The big man of CT and Solana. His technical knowledge is so high that we can call him Sollana's satoşşi. And I want to touch on another subject. Is the success of bald men a coincidence today? I still think it is not a coincidence. For example, Base CEO Jef Bezos Mert, if you look at other sectors, bald men are generally successful, sometimes I wonder if Mert's success comes from this, just kidding :)He changed the perspective of Sollana to a great extent. And he took care of Solana when it was at its worst and made it what it is now. He usually manages the situation in panic situations and calms things down.
