The combination of staking + reviews gives the impression that opinions come with real “skin in the game.” That’s very different from traditional review platforms that are easily manipulated. From the outside, engagement looks active. There’s a proposal system (EIP-3.1), agents, endorsements, and trust metrics — which shows they’re building an ecosystem, not just a single feature. If executed well, Ethos could become a cross-protocol reputation layer — something like a “LinkedIn + Trust Score” for Web3.
