Received · 1Given · 1“The most sensible BUILDER”Spoiler: I am biased af! I have been a full-time web3 guy for the last 3.5 years and almost 3 years working with Moby. In my professional career, including Web2, I've witnessed many builders and each had their own strengths & weaknesses. It is HARD to convey your ideas, build a team, and get the best work done without ruining the team spirit. But Moby Pie is a master at: > Building excellent teams > Providing the best skill set to his team > Streamlining workflow > Letting the most junior guys come up with the wildest ideas and even execute them > Appreciating every single effort And most importantly, keeping it fun. I have been lucky to get to work with him on his Web3 side adventure while being super proud of his Web2 success. It has been quite a journey working on multiple Web3 projects and learning some of the most valuable business and growth lessons along the way. So much more to do. So much more to learn. Super jealous of his perfect morning routine. (Somebody fix my freaking sleep schedule lmao) TLDR: If you are looking for > an awesome builder > a pro option trader > a guy to discuss crazy ideas > a genuine friend You are on the right profile. 🥂
