From 5 activities · Apr 2026Monero is recognized as a privacy-focused cryptocurrency that made privacy mandatory by default rather than optional, ensuring every transaction is private and the anonymity set includes all users. The project has maintained its original mission of privacy and financial freedom without a founders' reward, trusted setup, or steering company, instead relying on a decentralized community to ship upgrades. It stands apart from other privacy coins like Zcash by prioritizing privacy as a core protocol feature from inception rather than an add-on.

“Monero review”Monero is one of the most respected and pioneering projects in the crypto space, setting the standard for true financial privacy and fungibility. unlike most public blockchains, Monero offers default privacy through advanced cryptographic techniques like ring signatures, stealth addresses, and confidential transactions making it nearly impossible to trace transaction histories. The Monero community is also incredibly dedicated and decentralized, with developers and supporters constantly working to improve the protocol without any central leadership or marketing push. It’s a project built on strong principles: freedom, privacy, and resistance to censorship. In a world where surveillance is increasing, Monero stands out as a critical tool for preserving financial autonomy and digital rights. It’s not just a cryptocurrency it’s a movement for privacy.

SHIHAB · 1183· 1y ago9“Strong on privacy, limited on adoption”Monero has always been serious about privacy and it shows. The tech is solid, and the community is committed to keeping it that way. That said, it’s not the most user-friendly and it’s harder to use across DeFi or major exchanges. Still, if you care about private transactions, Monero continues to lead that lane.

Wuss · 1253· 1y ago9“OG privacy token”Monero doesn’t chase hype or rebrands it delivers pure, functional privacy. In a space flooded with noise, it stays quiet, consistent, and purpose-driven. No airdrops, no flash, just real cryptography that works. It’s still used, still trusted, and still feared by those who fear true decentralization.

Anonymity and freedom are two key concepts for crypto. Unfortunately, not everyone use technologies for good. But that's a problem with the people, not with the platform.

aume · 1306· 1y ago9“In Monero Privacy Matters”Monero (XMR) remains one of the most important projects in crypto — quietly doing what others can’t. While most blockchains are fully transparent, Monero delivers true, built-in privacy for every transaction. No optional settings, no compromises, just default anonymity on a secure, decentralized network. It’s trusted by users who value financial privacy, whether for personal security, censorship resistance, or protecting sensitive business transactions. In a world where surveillance is everywhere, Monero is one of the last uncompromising defenders of digital freedom.

Libertas · 1324· 1y ago9“Tested and trusted”I believe it is reasonable to say that Monero has an excellent reputation in the industry, we applaud it for protecting the privacy of our transactions because of its strict and rigorous security measures. Let's just say that Monero's castle is as thick as a bull's skin because the FBI once offered a bounty award to anyone who could figure out his code, even if we praise Monero, I wonder how many of us truly own it, since obtaining it isn't that simple, tell us how you overcame the learning curve and managed to obtain it, If yes, do you have any advice for total novices? Or is it that even while you logically believe that owning some Monero would be fantastic, you haven't actually started the process of getting it?

Memmoday👾 · 1232· 1y ago9“The coin we need not the one we deserve”You can say whatever you want but Monero keeps representing the hardcore values of crypto as a real, alternative monetary, privacy guaranteed, censorship resistant system. Of course it's also used for money laundering, but that's the same for fiat money, so that's not a good reason to give up on privacy. Hands up for Monero.
