Movement still has the potential, they still have a loyal community which means there is still a hope, lets see what will happen in future.

Lack of transparency from the founder and the surprise move to lock stakers’ allocations for over half a year broke trust with early supporters. Today, community backing has largely disappeared. While the current team is making an effort to rebuild, regaining credibility after such a breach is a steep uphill climb. Movement stands as a reminder that strong tech can’t survive long without clear communication and respect for its users.

Sota (MON to $1) · 1235· 1y ago · negative7“expect something good”Even though the project has been clouded by bad actors, its core innovation is still solid and ahead of its time. It’s worth rebooting with stronger governance, transparent oversight, and community-driven accountability. If the technology is sound, a fresh start can cut out the toxic elements and let the real value shine. This is a chance to rebuild trust, attract new contributors, and prove that great ideas can outlast bad behavior. Let the past be a lesson, not a limitation

Last week (April 26–May 2, 2025), $MOVE (Movement Network’s token) hit some serious bumps: • Price Plunge: Tanked 14.5% in 24 hours by May 2, now down a brutal 86.4% from its $1.45 high. • Coinbase Drama: Coinbase dropped a bombshell, saying they’ll halt $MOVE trading on May 15, 2025, over listing rule concerns and possible price shenanigans. • Community Gripes: X is buzzing with unconfirmed rumors of a key team member being sidelined, plus anger over a delayed airdrop and a $38M buy-back that’s still a no-show. People are fed up. • Network Plans: Movement’s hyping its “DeFi Spring” campaign with 250M $MOVE in incentives, but the network’s quiet, with just ~1,875 daily active accounts. • Falling Behind: While cryptos like $SUI are killing it, $MOVE’s dropped out of the top 100 by market cap. I’m sitting this one out until the team sorts these issues out.
