“Overtake’s Potential Hinges on Community Balance”I don’t have full clarity on what Overtake is building or how far along they are in achieving success. On one side, their partnerships with well-known names are impressive and show ambition. On the other, parts of the community sometimes come across as overly defensive, shutting down any criticism instead of encouraging healthy discussion. Can Overtake succeed? Yes, the potential is definitely there. But real growth will depend on focusing more on genuine users and fostering an open, constructive environment, rather than letting opportunistic voices dominate the space. If they strike that balance, Overtake could truly make an impact.

This will serve as a bridge connecting Web2 and Web3, not just a platform. $TAKE, which will be used as fuel, is already listed in the ecosystem and is showing steady strength. Marketplace and TakeShop are scheduled for q3 on the roadmap, and TakePay and TakeCard are scheduled for q4, so we should keep an eye on it. “A project I'm not sure about what they're doing”I'm not entirely sure what Overtake is doing exactly, nor am I certain whether they are successful or not. On one hand, they are partnering with big names, which looks impressive, but on the other hand, Overtake's users can sometimes act, frankly, like freaks. There's this weird community that pounces on people for any criticism and defends the project as if it were their own. Can Overtake succeed? Absolutely, it could, but only if it values its genuine users more, rather than those who pretend to defend the project while just chasing profits.

“Charlatan's Paradise”i had previously written a rather neutral review about this project, but over time my opinion has completely shifted to negative as i mentioned in my earlier post, the overtake project has a terrible community, and this is mainly due to the team supporting sycophantic members and constantly encouraging grinding there are also multiple scandals surrounding the project there’s significant evidence that all transactions on the overtake marketplace are just wash trading, and the team hasn’t responded to this at all i guess they’re enjoying the weekend and planning how to scam people :) one more piece of info i want to share it was revealed that the official overtake x account used bot followers after elon musk started cleaning up bot accounts on the platform, their follower count dropped by around 250k a few days ago, i wrote a post criticizing the project and its community, and as a result, the admins in the community attacked me instead of warning those parasite members the team decided to mute me in the discord server this is how the project operates this is the so called overtake community they are proud of if you want to be appreciated in the overtake community, you have to be a sycophant i invested 2000 dollars in this project and used almost all the services in the overtake ecosystem, including the games so i’m a real user and investor the project hasn’t even had its tge yet, so if things go badly, i will take a loss but still, i choose to be honest and warn others about it projects with terrible communities are destined to fail, and the fate of overtake will be no different the so called community they praise is full of parasites who have no idea what overtake or web3 is really about their only goal is to send 1 million messages in the discord server like slaves just to earn 50 dollars i’m done using polite words for these people i call them parasites because that’s exactly what they are in short, i’m warning everyone to be cautious about this project i hope we all stay safe

“Best gaming tokenomics in 2025”I've been playing games by Overtake almost since the beggining of airdrop campaign and the only thing I regret is that I could have spent more time in Somnis. Team was acting very responsible after many people in web3 did not. I wish every promising project to act like Overtake team and then web3 gaming will be reborned! $TAKE $SUI

“Scammer project empty promises and delays”It's been almost a year since their airdrop season started and all we got for supporting them is 10$ but it's all vested for 6 month and probably it will be worth nothing by the time it unlocks. Stay away from this joke of a project.

“Between Success and Failure”I've been following the Overtake project for a long time and actively participate in airdrop events. However, I can't only say positive things about Overtake. This project confuses me because it has both excellently managed processes and poorly managed ones. I'll discuss the positives and negatives of the Overtake project, respectively. Positive: -They've released good games compared to many GameFi projects. Performance is adequate for Web3, but still weak for Web2. -They have good partnership agreements. -Continuing with the Sui network instead of Immutable was a logical strategy. -I find it positive that they're focusing their strategy on Marketplace development. Negative: -They have a very traditional perspective. They still prioritize grinding people on Discord servers. This was true 3-4 years ago, but not now. -The project has a really poor community, and this is partly the team's fault. They appreciate fake communication or constant praise. -The team and the community in general lack a culture of criticism. However, criticism is a sign of development. Without criticism, mistakes go unnoticed, and the project can't grow. Frankly, I'll receive approximately 70,000 $TAKE tokens from this project. So, I really want the project to succeed, but it wouldn't be fair to rate Overtake positively. As I mentioned in the negatives, it has many shortcomings. This doesn't mean it's destined to fail. If they get the right feedback, the project definitely has the potential to succeed.

“Honest assessment of OVERTAKE”Good project that gave one of the best ROI far as the year 2025 is concerned. Both yappers and drop hunters were rewarded diligently and OVERTAKE is also a project with a good plan BUT my only issue is the team rarely listens to community and does what is best in their own view. "Yes you cannot please everyone" but at least acknowledge their voices. All Round still a good project!
