Received · 4Given · 0“Onchain Bank in Your Pocket”Best wallet I’ve used for years. Built-in 2FA and multisig. Now a crypto card that beats my fiat bank card. I can lend and borrow from the wallet, and the card spends from my token balance. Ready feels like a real bank onchain, but faster and simpler.

The UX is great, the wallet is easy to use, and it became the main entry point for many Starknet users. The project also raised over $50M in funding, which is a massive amount for a wallet product and created very high expectations from the community. As a user back then, I really expected some kind of airdrop or reward for early adopters during the Starknet hype period. A lot of people interacted with the ecosystem through Argent thinking that early activity might be recognized - but in the end nothing really happened on that front. Since then, both network activity and user excitement around Starknet wallets seem to have cooled off quite a bit. The recent pivot toward a crypto card and fintech-style product under the Ready brand feels a bit like a strategic reset for the project, trying to find a new direction beyond just being a Starknet wallet. For now Im just staking STRK through the wallet and watching what happens next. The product is still convenient, but the big question is whether this pivot can bring the ecosystem back to life. Im curious to see where the project goes from here.

Their product is so basic, but they keep advertising like it's the best one etc.. One of many examples: https://x.com/ready_co/status/2013609654044012766?s=20 We all know that adding $2B worth of btc to starknet staking will never keep the yield at 2.4%, current TVL is less than $100M worth of btc staked. But why they advertise like this? Because, unlike many validators on Starknet, they take a 10% commission on staking product. I will not even mention their credit card or wallet cause they are the most basic's one you can find in web3. It is unfortunate that this team, which has a good relationship with Starkware and the Starknet Foundation, is putting in so little effort and keep being hyped by the ecosystem.
