Reservoir operates a top-ranked stablecoin (rUSD) in DeFi with over $200M TVL and partnerships across Ethereum and Berachain ecosystems including Pendle, Morpho, and Euler. The protocol delivers solid products and has maintained presence over time, though airdrop mechanics have drawn criticism—particularly Season 1's multi-part claims with additional fees that disadvantaged smaller participants.

“Mixed airdrop experience”I’ve been following Reservoir since its first airdrop campaign. The product itself is probably solid, but personally I’ve been more focused on the airdrop side. I provided liquidity and overall everything went smoothly. However, the Season 1 airdrop was pretty disappointing in my opinion. It was split into 3 parts, and each claim required paying extra fees on top of gas fees. As a small wallet, I ended up having to pay almost as much in fees as the rewards themselves, so I eventually decided not to claim my incentives. A lot of people complained about this first drop, and to their credit, Reservoir listened to the community and moved Season 2 to Merkl. That was a really good decision. Vector, the community manager on Discord, has always been present and helpful, and he consistently answered my questions in a polite way. Even so, I’m still just keeping an eye on Reservoir from a distance now.

“Reservoir builds one of the best stablecoins in DeFi”Reservoir is not hyped, but the team is constantly building. The cuurrent TVL is more than $200 m. Their stablecoin rUSD is ranked among top yield generating stablecoins according to StablesWatchHQ. It has wide range of partnerships in Ethereum and Berachain ecosystems, with such names as Pendle, Morpho, Contango, Dolomite, Euler and others. They plan expansion to other networks and more products, and has been around for some time now, delivering quality, so I believe they deserve a positive review and higher ranking here on Ethos.

“Le protocole est bon”Le protocole est bon mais je suis déçu de leur airdrop, je n'ai pas toutes les modalité mais j'ai l'impression que les gros wallet ont tout raflé
