“True Chad and Builder”If I have to thank someone in the space, the first person that comes to my mind would be Ruthy. He's been a great founder, and a friend. Surgence has been my home ever since he accepted me in. He provided me with a lot of opportunities in the space and the connections I made through him is irreplaceable. I hope I get to meet you someday! Enjoy the week ahead and keep building!

“One of the best marketing’s and operations in crypto!”Ruthy has a deep understanding for crypto and human behaviour. Especially when it comes to “vibes marketing”. He gets it

“Born for his craft”Ruthy is incredibly professional. He lives and breathes the concept of improvement & remains humble at all times. He remains cool headed and doesn't let his ego nor pride handle the talking. He's emotionally full in control & leads Surgence by example. Had the pleasure to work in collaboration with Surgence once and - while being one of the more challenging, yet fair, collabs in terms of expectations - i learned a lot from him as a person.

“Real builder in the space”When I was diving more in to web3 and was getting to know about communities, the first ever community that came across was Surgence and it became my favorite. This all happened because Ruthy and his team worked in a way that I came across this agency and not any other first. This just shows their commitment to the project and their building skills. I waited for almost an year to officially get in.

“Grounded Builder”Ruthy knows alot of things but the character trait I respect about him the most is that he will never fluff when he doesn't grasp a concept. It's rare to find someone so grounded running an agency, where so many folks pretend to know-it-all. Handsome devil to boot

“Ruthy builds.”Yes, he builds. That's exactly what he can do. Successful projects. Successful network. Successful marketing. And what many people don't realise. He has had such a big influence on the development and careers of so many people who were and are part of Surgence. You can never be grateful enough for that.

“Example of the perfect Leader”Having Ruthy around is the ultimate hack. While working with him I learnt tons of lessons and gained enormous experience. He is the best dealer in the space and I like his personality a lot, resonates with me. Can't wait to see how big he is going to grow Surgence
