“Supportive, thoughtful ecosystem builder”I have known Ruthy for awhile now, and he has always carried himself well. Probably one of the most approachable and supportive builders out there.

“SUGMI”I know him for like 2-3 years i guess ? we started our companies at the same time and i was really inspired by him, the way that he started surgence as a education focused group was just crazy, they were doing workshops of every role in web3 like moderation, collab management, collab management etc. and they were literally educating people to help them to make more money not just educating them, they were giving them jobs, most of CMs in the space right now came out of Surgence, this has HUGE effect in the space, i love his takes and his marketing strategies, he is ACTUALLY doing marketing, not some random bs, one of the few agencies i fuck with, always 1 dm away from help havent met irl yet but will do it this dubai event, love you brother <3

“Known to push the envelope”Marketing Agencies often stick to a playbook & fall prey to complacency - but Surgence in particular strives away from that. You can attest to that yourselves by going on Ruthy's X page & seeing the type of content he's been pushing out: high quality short form content. As a marketer he's never idling sitting despite having a good reputation & brands wanting to work with them but he actually leads by example. A true re-awakener
