I think ryan carson genuinely believed what he was doing was good. It was so good of a psyops he convinced many that he was building something meaningful. He was good at community building and a large part of Moonbird's original success imo but everything after was a mess - sniping rare moonbirds, KRO slapping his hand publicly, starting his fund that fell apart, publicly saying people were funding a thing he was working on without asking for permission, and then just disappearing because he couldn't take it anymore would strongly avoid any interaction with him as it pertains to web3Serpin Taxt · 2000· 1y ago · negative57

“Grifter”Ryan Carson was one of the peak grifters in 2022-2023. His “venture fund” was launched in a shady way, it was revealed that some investors had to pay upwards of 3x-5x more than other investors that had preferential treatment. He ended up losing a majority of his investors money AND spent the rest of BTC punk. He proceeded to leave CT and rebrand himself as some AI guru.
