“ZachXBT alleged with wallet records that Melker sold promoted token allocations on followers in 2021 and 2022”In May 2021 the on-chain investigator @zachxbt published a thread alleging that the wallet behind ScottMelker.eth sold six-figure amounts of KYL, MINT and TVK soon after Melker promoted them to followers, did not buy back, and that the promotional tweets were then deleted. On 24 May 2021 Michaël van de Poppe had publicly asked Melker why he was deleting those tweets. In March 2022 ZachXBT alleged Melker promoted MINT without disclosing a seed position and began selling within hours. In a May 2022 follow-up he listed five wallet addresses and six further cases: about $130k of PMON sold the day it was promoted, about $50k each of ROOM and FYZ, and sales of XED, DUCK and MAHA. He alleged that in most cases private-sale allocations went undisclosed. On 27 May 2021 Melker replied that the accusations were false and that he would answer each point. No detailed rebuttal appears in the posts reviewed.
