The system appears critically unable to handle sudden spikes in demand, frequently resulting in site crashes. Furthermore, the wallet scoring mechanism seems opaque and lacks fairness, and communication during sales events is virtually non-existent. This suggests a significant failure to conduct adequate stress testing. While the core concept is promising, the current execution is deeply flawed. Until these fundamental issues are resolved, it is difficult to view the platform as a reliable service.
