From 713 activities · Mar 2026Serpin is the founder and CEO of Ethos Network, a platform building on-chain reputation and trust systems for Web3. A 12-year product leader with experience at Atlassian, HouseCallPro, and as an early hire at Message.io (YC W16), he brings deep expertise in product, security, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Known for hands-on community engagement, transparent leadership, and relentless focus on detecting Sybil actors and bad actors through slashing and verification mechanisms, Serpin is widely recognized as a builder committed to doing things the right way rather than chasing hype—consistently shipping features, hosting vibe coding sessions and spaces, and staying actively involved in Discord and community feedback loops.

Plus, vouching and slashing is incredibly effective, finally all those Cts will have to put their money where their mouth is. Keep it up the amazing work, Serpin!

⚡️ · 1698· 1y ago25“Responsive Founder, Visionary Platform”Serpin is one of the few founders who truly engage with users in real time. He personally replied to my post about the new Farcaster integration which, by the way, was quietly shipped and shows how forward-thinking the Ethos team is. I’ve used Ethos mainly for credibility checks and exploring early stage builders, and the platform just keeps improving. The miniapp direction sounds very promising too. Looking forward to what’s next.
