From 713 activities · Mar 2026Serpin is the founder and CEO of Ethos Network, a platform building on-chain reputation and trust systems for Web3. A 12-year product leader with experience at Atlassian, HouseCallPro, and as an early hire at Message.io (YC W16), he brings deep expertise in product, security, identity verification, and fraud prevention. Known for hands-on community engagement, transparent leadership, and relentless focus on detecting Sybil actors and bad actors through slashing and verification mechanisms, Serpin is widely recognized as a builder committed to doing things the right way rather than chasing hype—consistently shipping features, hosting vibe coding sessions and spaces, and staying actively involved in Discord and community feedback loops.

“True Builder”Thanks for building Ethos! This is and was something needed for web3 whereas everyone can build trust via an Platform namely Ethos :) Real and helpful/good people can be easily distinguished between scammer accounts. This makes navigation in web3 much easier, when interacting with other people to easily find harmful and real guys. Even though i have an hard time because my old X account got suspended, i'm truly happy about what you building, and i hope there is more implementation into other platforms in the future! Thanks for making life easier and safer for all within web3!

He's very supportive of new ideas and takes feedback with appreciation. I like his work ethics and the way he sees the web3 culture. Wishing him all the best with Ethos.

a1t🎴 · 1270· 1y ago19“Great and ethical founder”Serpin is currently building the product that will take onchain reputation to the next level. If ethos achieves the required level of success where it becomes a house-hold name, it will help prevent a lot of scams and people will be held accountable for their actions, which i support
