“OG Solana”The team at Solana, being people from an engineering background, are constantly pushing the boundaries when it comes to distributed network systems and have been one of the few who are building everything in public and keeping the chain permissionless and decentralized. You will see other chains that are boasting about performance, but most of them are just single sequencer chains, and some are not even public and permissionless, i.e., you can't even participate in the block production of the chain.

“still one of the smoothest chains to use”solana has always felt different when it comes to actually using it. the transactions are fast, they go through instantly, and the fees are basically nothing. it just makes everything feel easy and natural. sure, there have been some rough moments in the past, but i think every chain has gone through something like that. what matters is that it kept improving and stayed reliable over time. a lot of projects choose solana for a reason, and honestly i get it. it is still one of the chains that feels the most enjoyable to use day to day

“Fast And Scalable”I used to roll my eyes at Solana. Between the network halting constantly and the deep connection to the FTX drama, it was impossible to take seriously. But if you’re still holding onto that old narrative, you are missing the biggest crypto comeback story in the space. Using Solana today feels like interacting with the future of the internet, not a blockchain. Transactions are instant, I mean, truly blazing fast and the gas fees are so negligible, you forget they even exist. It's the only chain that feels genuinely built to handle actual internet scale.
