“Not optimistic”I would categorize Standard Reserve as a complex protocol that has yet to have any solid proof of footing that it will work. They capitalized on hype / influencer marketing for their mint. They rewarded people who wrote long threads about why it was the future. IMO it is simply the wrong people in the trade. Yappers. Now we're seeing a DA from something like 1.25e for mint access, and that sort of greed taking over early on a project before the project launches is something I thought we moved passed as a network. An ohm fork, no matter how much it changed, will not survive in 2026. Ohm had retail normies and a significant influx of money. This will have neither of those and be a pvp blood bath The biggest feature is that it's too complex for anyone to understand. If you want exposure, your best bet is to wait 30 days and come back to it. It is much safer to play it this way - let the dev team / protocol prove that it's capable of working correctly - then size in.

“not just another ohm fork”I'll be real, I don't understand every part of how this works, it's a properly complex system. But I've been around long enough to tell the difference between something that's actually built and a token with a nice story slapped on top, and this is the first kind. It's basically an onchain central bank that learned from everything that broke ohm back in the day (from what I did learn). Once it goes live no one can touch it, no governance, no team pulling strings, the code just runs on its own. What makes me confident isn't the tech (since I don't understand all of it), it's who's behind it and how they've done it: Beans knows what he's doing, multiple audits, no rushing, no hype games. I'm bullish on this one.
