“Important Web3 Figure”I've known Sugar for years now. We just met in NFT Friends Alpha, when I was a cm there back then. Her dedication in her job is admirable.

“Web3 OG”I originally came across her during the previous cycle, back when we were both involved in a few NFT projects. At the time, our interactions were brief and limited, but it wasn't until more recently, through the Monad community, that I had the chance to truly get to know her and connect on a deeper level. Since then, she has consistently stood out as one of the most dedicated and positive members of the space. She brings an incredible energy wherever she goes, always spreading good vibes and making new members feel genuinely welcomed and included. Her warmth and enthusiasm play a huge role in fostering a sense of belonging within the community. Beyond her personality, she’s also an exceptionally talented artist. Her portfolio of fan art is both vast and diverse, showcasing her creativity, consistency, and love for the culture. Each piece reflects her unique style and deep engagement with the projects she supports. In addition to her artistic talents, she’s quickly becoming a respected voice in trading circles. Her growing expertise in the crypto market has led her to share valuable insights and thoughtful analysis on price action and market trends. It’s clear she’s not only passionate but also dedicated to learning and leveling up in the space. Overall, she’s a rare combination of community leader, creative powerhouse, and emerging trader. All in one.

“"The Attention Seeker"”Sugarpic is someone with a temper who tries to take advantage of the chaos he creates himself. People whose artwork is the result of hard work must obey his opinion if his selfies also contribute to the project, which was widely discussed yesterday. We have found a middle ground with open hearts to let everything pass and forgive each other. However, it seems that he is not satisfied with just causing chaos in one project. Yesterday, he caused chaos again on Ritual Network by trying to get people to feel sorry for him, trying to play the victim in a matter that most people had already forgiven him for. But now that he has tasted the sweetness of engagement, he is trying to reignite the fire that should have been extinguished that day. Personally, I have no problem with his selfies, but the community believes that methods like this are not related to what is being discussed (caption) with the image; both types of content should be related. It may seem meaningless now, but since this kind of content gets a lot of engagement, projects will eventually prefer contributors with high engagement over those who actually create work. The community has concluded that this kind of content is effortless and only exploits the dopamine rush from readers. But ultimately, the decision lies with the project itself. I'm just defending what the community feels should be voiced.
