Conducts rigorous onchain research into major hacks and North Korean money laundering trails, connecting fresh exploits to known wallets while funds are still moving to enable rapid exchange and investigator response. Known for meticulous, unglamorous tracking work on dangerous actors in crypto rather than chasing engagement.

“Excellent onchain research and analysis for Drift protocol hack”Tanuki was part of the team that helped Drift (SEAL) identify that they were indeed pwned by DPRK. Excellent research and report, hope to cross paths with him more in the future. Obviously quite underrated as "neutral" on Ethos

“Tracks the hackers most people are afraid to look at”Following North Korean laundering trails is tedious, thankless work, and Tanuki does it anyway. His posts connect fresh hacks to known wallets fast, often while the funds are still moving, which gives exchanges and investigators a real chance to act. He isn't chasing clout or engagement, just patiently tracking some of the most dangerous actors in crypto.
