“Helps holding Ethereum together”Few people have done as much for Ethereum's long-term health with as little fanfare as Trent. Founder and organizer of Protocol Guild, he turned a hard problem into a working onchain mechanism that has now routed over $100M to around 190 client devs and researchers. I specifically appreciate his articles articulating a clear thinking on Ethereum as a digital commons. He consistently puts the protocol and its contributors ahead of personal visibility, and he says what he thinks even when it isn't comfortable. Ethereum is lucky to have him.
