A prominent Web3 and NFT creator with a large following known for sharing market insights, alpha calls, and research threads on crypto projects. Widely praised for consistency, authenticity, and supportive engagement with the community, though significantly marked by repeated undisclosed paid promotions—most notably a $8,000 payment for promoting the Trove ICO, which later collapsed as a scam. This incident led to a formal slash on Ethos with 92.5% community support, and concerns persist about ongoing paid partnerships presented without clear disclosure, creating tension between genuine content value and credibility issues around financial conflicts of interest.

“Incredibly dedicated”Wale isn’t your typical crypto KOL. He does a TON of research and tries his best to give neutral yet nuanced takes. Nothing but good things to say about him

camol · 1440· 1y ago42

“OG KOL - Relentless ork ethic”Although it has not always been easy Wale has been loyal to his community since years. Never done anything shady, a standout figure in a space filled with questionable people

“Best CT Influencer”Wale has been the man for the people for a long time now, not today, not yesterday. I love how he interactsd on the TL and shares knowledge irrespective of the public figure. I love how selfless he his too, top guy honestly. I would vouch for him each day if i have to

“Look if you don't follow Wale then why are you even in web3?!”Honestly if you're in web3 and don't follow him you're NGMI. If he was an NFT he would be the grails of the grails, and he's an amazing content creator, always a good mix of real education content and fun.

“NFT GCR”Provides timely insights into the NFT market. Great go to for all things NFTs. Genuine and good moral compass.

“Big audience, zero accountability”So tired of these people exploiting their audience, they either don't learn from their mistakes or just don't care, anything for the dollar bill. They don't deserve the platform they have or the reach that comes with it, it's frustrating how they won't disclose anything unless someone calls them out, and by then barely anyone sees it.

“Alpha Machine”Wale is like a well like a well oiled machine when it comes to finding, producing and sharing alpha content. I’ve seen him do this throughout bull and bear markets, and I’d say he’s a net positive for crypto as a whole. I’ve definitely benefitted myself from his posts. Gotta give credit where credit is due, he does something positive and does it well.
